Markus D. Mills, CSCS holds
a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston
and teaching credentials in Physical Education and Adapted Physical
Education from California State University Northridge.
He
is a member of the National Strength and
Conditioning Association
(NSCA) and is a nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning
Specialist
(CSCS) and an NSCA certified personal trainer.
Mark
has over 20 years of
experience in strength training, fitness and conditioning as an
athlete,
educator, and practitioner. He has
experience in sports medicine and a varied background involving the
training of
both men and women at all levels, including those with special needs.
He
continually increases his
education by attending conferences on nutritional planning, weight
control,
strength and conditioning and health and wellness.
Mark
is currently a teacher
with the Los Angeles
Unified School District teaching Adapted
Physical
Education. He specializes in at-home
training for the diverse clientele in the evenings and on weekends. Sessions are
available by appointment only. All
financial arrangements are made solely
through
contractual agreement.
